A big chunk of my career was spent in Oil & Gas... and many of my clients are in Oil & Gas. The last few years have not been kind to the industry or the people that work in or adjacent to it.

Awareness of corporate culture - and the need for cultures to shift - is critical to the success of companies as the market and work environment continue to evolve.
