Three notable birthdays this week

No, not me. Two historical figures. One innovator, one communicator, one friend.

Me after too much birthday excitement. Photo courtesy of Wix.

Thomas Edison was born Feb 11, 1847. He wasn't the 'lone genius' of myth... but he had a vision, a process, and knew how to commercialize the hell out of new products. Happy birthday, Mr. Edison!

Abraham Lincoln was born Feb 12, 1809. His speech at Gettsyburg was brief, impactful, and continues to be viewed as one the greatest speeches in American history. Plus he's got some great, folksy quotes. Happy birthday, President Lincoln!

Amy Dwyer was born Feb 11. She's a friend, an engineer, a sales wiz, and sharp as a &@$%ing tack. Happy birthday, Amy!
